In our experience, young people learn best by doing, leading, and creating. Our programs provide hands-on experiences that help youths and young adults build leadership, life, and career skills in a supportive environment where mentorship and growth go hand in hand.

Youths can explore a variety of focus areas from leadership and entrepreneurship to advocacy, workplace readiness, and social impact or choose to dive deeper into one area that aligns with their passion and goals.

No matter the program, every Youth Buildup experience includes mentorship, skills development, and opportunities for youth to take initiative, lead with confidence, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

As our network grows across British Columbia and Alberta, we’re partnering with schools, community organizations, and local clubs to make YouthBuild programs accessible to more youth across Canada.
