This program stream equips young people with the tools, mindset, and support to transform their ideas into thriving businesses. Participants are guided through the full journey of entrepreneurship, starting with identifying a problem or opportunity and shaping a clear and compelling business idea. They learn how to conduct market research, develop a business model, and create a practical and sustainable business plan.

Training also covers marketing and branding, social media strategies, customer engagement, and approaches to reaching new markets. Youth gain exposure to the financial side of entrepreneurship, including budgeting, pricing, understanding cash flow, and exploring funding pathways such as grants, loans, and micro-investment programs. This knowledge empowers them to make informed decisions as they start and grow their ventures.

In addition, participants explore topics such as business succession planning, scaling strategies, ethical leadership, and long-term sustainability. These lessons build practical skills that help youth not only launch their ventures but also manage them effectively and plan for future growth.

We are partnering with Black Buildup, government institutions, business leaders, and community organizations to provide mentorship, access to start-up resources, connections to incubation hubs, and networking opportunities. These partnerships ensure that young entrepreneurs have the support, guidance, and professional ecosystem needed to bring their visions to life and become successful contributors to their communities and the broader economy.
